This policy explains what information itsTime collects when your organisation uses it for staff time and attendance tracking, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

• Account information - the email address and name you provide when creating an account.
• Organisation information - your company or institution name, and any address or billing details you add for your own organisation's setup.
• Attendance records - check-in and check-out events, including the time, the site and time point the scan was made at, and which staff member it belongs to.
• Location data - when a staff member scans a QR time-point tag, their device's location is captured to verify the scan happened at a real, registered site. This is not collected for NFC scans.
• Device information - the app version, platform (iOS/Android), and a device identifier sent with each request, used for support and fraud prevention.

How we use this information

Information is used to operate the attendance tracking service itself: recording and reporting staff scans, verifying that scans are genuine, and letting your organisation's administrators manage staff, sites, and time points. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Who can see your information

Attendance and staff data is only visible to administrators within your own organisation. itsTime staff may access data to provide support or investigate technical issues, but do not use it for any other purpose.

Data retention

We retain attendance records for as long as your organisation's account is active, or as required to meet our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your organisation's data by contacting us.
